GRP stone surrounds are easy to fit and less prone to damage than reconstituted stone. Lightweight and tough, they can be fitted as a feature on a new build home or as a replacement for worn stonework on older buildings. As a feature, window cassettes are not structural so can be fitted after all brick laying is completed, avoiding mortar or paint splashes.
The GRP product range includes door surrounds, brick window arches, window cassettes and canopies, bullseyes and dormer units.

Grp brick effect cladding, grp stone effect cills, grp chimney and pots
GRP Building Products were approached to supply brickwork cladding panels, stone effect window sills, plinth, chimney and pots for this special project at the Chelsea Flower Show.
The structure is a replica of one of engineer Thomas Telford’s famous Holyhead to London Toll Houses. Telford & Wrekin Council chose the design for Chelsea to celebrate the 250th anniversary of Thomas Telford’s birth.
It was an ideal project to show off the lightweight, quick to assemble products to a large audience. No one could tell that the brick was not real – even the judges were fooled!
The design won a Silver Flora award.
